Changed your mind or not the right size?
You may return our products for ‘change of mind' or sizing reasons within 7 days of receiving your order for a credit note, swap (if an alternate is available) or a refund.
Please note that you will be charged R89 return shipping fee that will be deducted from any refund or credit note and will be payable before any swaps.
Where applicable and paid (on orders under R500), the original R89 shipping fees will not be refunded.
We regrettably can not accept returns of personalised or bespoke orders and no refunds, returns or exchanges on sale/discounted goods.
Damaged or Defective Product(s)
At Linalina, we pride ourselves on quality. We thoroughly check all our garments before shipping them to you.
That being said, defective garment returns will be swapped (if an alternate is available) or refunded in full if the damage is the result of a clear manufacturing defect.
To return a product, follow these simple instructions:
