Changed your mind?

You may return our products for ‘change of mind reasons’ within 10 days of receiving your order for a credit note, swop or a full refund.

We regrettably can not refund products:

  1. That have been personalised
  2. Or bespoke orders

Damaged or Defective Product(s)

At Linalina, we pride ourselves on quality. We thoroughly test all our garments before shipping them to you.

That being said, returned products will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect.

To return a product, follow these simple instructions:

Email us at hello@linalina.co.za and include the following:

  1. Reason for returning the products
  2. And full order details

We'll then get back to you with shipping return details.
